1 a. How do I place an Non-Prescription Order?
Select desired item(s), click "order" and select the quantity.
Click "Check-Out" after you have selected all the items you want.
Complete Customer Account, Shipping/Contact Information & Payment Method. 
Read Customer Agreements, Review and Submit your order.

1 b. How do I place a New Prescriptions or Transfer Order?

We do not dispense any Schedule I or II drugs such as listed below:

Follow these steps to order your new prescription.

  1. Download and print the Family Drugstore Order Form.

  2. Complete the Order Form, printing clearly.

  3. Fax your forms, along with valid prescription(s) for all drugs ordered, to 1-866-523-7847 (toll free.) or e-mail to us at orders@FamilyDrugstore.com

  4. We will contact you with the cost of the medication(s) for your approval and confirm the method of delivery.

  5. Upon your approval we will then call your physician for the prescription(s).

  6. Your prescriptions will be shipped directly to your door!

1 c. How do I place an Refill Prescription Order?
Just call us at 1-866-321-5010 (toll free) to place your refill prescription.   Only customers who have received prescription orders from us can log in and place refill orders.

NOTE: We do not fill prescriptions based solely on on-line questionnaires.

2. What happens when I place an order?

When you place an order with us you will receive the lowest prescription prices you can find on the Internet. A case manager will be assigned to process your order and assist with:

Contacting the physician you provided to request the medication you selected.
Following up with the Pharmacy to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible.
Managing any refills.
The cost of the medication will only be billed at the time your prescription has been approved by your physician and the medication has been shipped. Your doctor may prescribe less or more than the quantity you requested. In this case, we will fulfill the quantity your doctor prescribes. Any refills that are part of your order will be billed at the then current advertised sale price.

NOTE: We do not fill prescriptions based solely on on-line questionnaires.

3. When will my order arrive?

Once your order is shipped a tracking number and carrier will be emailed to you.

4. How do I track my order?

You can view the status of your order by clicking on "order status" and entering your order ID number and the email address you used when you placed the order. Once your order is shipped a tracking number and carrier will be emailed to you.
