Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement for adults, take two (2) capsules in the morning and two (2) capsules in the afternoon. If you weigh less than 150 pounds, begin use with one capsule two times (2) daily for the first week. Do not exceed four (4) capsules daily.

Discontinue use and call a health care professional immediately if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache, shortness of breath, or other similar symptoms.
